3. Products and Descriptions
We make every effort to display our products, colors and sizing as accurately as possible. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, and small variations in lace patterns are a natural part of the manufacturing process. Please review the size information on each product page before ordering. If a product is not as described, your remedy is set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include any applicable import duties. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout. Prices and availability may change without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund; we will always notify you before doing so. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
5. Orders and Payment
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout, processed securely by Shopify Payments and our payment partners. We do not store your full card details. We may cancel or refuse any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or items being unavailable; if we do, you will receive a full refund.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Processing and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the carrier-confirmed shipping address you provided.
7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery as described in our Return & Refund Policy. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
8. Promotions and Discount Codes
Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated terms, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time. Only one discount code can be used per order.
9. Your Account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, to submit false information, or to copy, scrape or reuse our content without permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable U.S. federal law. If you have a concern, please contact us first; most issues can be resolved quickly through customer service. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
